Began working as a certified NASM personal trainer in 2014. Through the years she was able to gain knowledge in various types of physical activities. Has certifications in TRX, Yoga, and Insanity. Joined the School of Science in the College of Southern Nevada where she graduated with an Associates Degree in Science. She then joined the School of Nutrition where she graduated in the year 2018 and began her internship at a hospital located in Las Vegas, NV. After getting the necessary knowledge in the field she now dedicates her time to evaluate the health of her clients. Basing her knowledge with years of experience in personal training and nutrition she will advise her clients on which foods to eat.
